Delete your Mediqor Health account

You can delete your Mediqor Health account and the information you created at any time. You don't need to give a reason.
Two ways to delete
1. In the app
- Open Mediqor Health and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
2. By email
- Email info@mediqor.ae from the address registered to your account.
- Use the subject "Delete my Mediqor Health account".
- We confirm by reply, then complete deletion within 30 days.
If you no longer have access to your registered email, write to us anyway. We will ask for other details to confirm the account is yours before deleting anything.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in details and profile.
- Health readings you recorded, and steps and heart rate imported from your device.
- Documents you uploaded.
- Mediqor's copies of your clinic visit notes.
- Your messages with clinics, from Mediqor's systems.
- Your privacy and consent settings, and any upcoming appointment reminders.
Deleting your account in Mediqor Health does not disconnect Health Connect or Apple Health on your phone. You can remove the app's access there at any time.
What is kept, and for how long

What your clinic keeps
Clinics you visited keep their own original medical records, including appointments and visit notes, under their own legal duty, usually for 25 years. Deleting your Mediqor Health account removes Mediqor's copies; it cannot delete a clinic's records. To ask about those, contact the clinic directly.
