- We use your information to help you find a clinic, book appointments, and keep your own health information in one place.
- Your health information is stored and processed in the United Arab Emirates, and is encrypted.
- We never sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with insurers or employers.
- The app does not diagnose, interpret your readings, or give medical advice.
- You can delete your account at any time.
1. Who we are
The Mediqor Health mobile app is provided by Mediqor L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Mediqor", "we", "us"). Licence 2648837.01, Meydan Free Zone.

2. What Mediqor Health does
Mediqor Health is a coordination service. It lets you find a licensed healthcare provider, book an in-person appointment, record and view your own health information, read general health articles, and receive a copy of the note your clinic wrote about your visit.
Care is delivered by licensed providers, in person, at their own premises. Mediqor Health does not diagnose, recommend treatment, interpret your health readings, or provide video or remote consultations.
3. Information we collect

We do not collect payment card details. You pay your clinic directly. We do not use advertising identifiers or third-party advertising or analytics trackers in the app.
4. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account, and to confirm who you are.
- To show you licensed providers and to book, change and cancel appointments in the clinic's own calendar.
- To store your health readings, documents and visit-note copies and show them back to you exactly as recorded.
- To send appointment reminders and missed-appointment notices. These contain no health information.
- To deliver messages between you and your clinic.
- To return articles from our reviewed health library for your search. Your search is not linked to your health record and is not kept after the results are returned.
- To keep the service secure, investigate misuse, and meet our legal obligations.
We do not use your information to diagnose you, to judge whether a reading is normal or abnormal, to rank or select providers for you based on your health, or to train artificial intelligence models.
5. Data from Health Connect and Apple Health
If you choose to connect your phone's health store, the app reads only steps and heart rate. It stores these values and shows them to you, as recorded. It does not evaluate them or compare them with any threshold. You can turn this access off at any time in Health Connect or Apple Health settings.
Use of information received from Health Connect adheres to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Information from Apple HealthKit is not used for advertising or data mining, and is not shared with third parties except to provide the service to you as described here.
6. Who can see your information
- You can see all of your own information in the app.
- A clinic you book with can see your appointments and your messages with that clinic. Every access is logged.
- Mediqor staff have no routine access to your health information. Support access is exceptional, time-limited, logged and reviewed.
- Service providers who host our systems and send account emails do so under written agreements, inside the UAE, and only on our instructions.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell, rent or license your information. We do not share it with insurers or employers, and we do not use it for advertising.
7. Where your information is stored and how it is protected
All of your information is stored and processed in the United Arab Emirates.
Information is encrypted in transit. Health records and message content are also encrypted at rest, with keys held in a managed key service. Access is granted per request to authorised people only, and every access, including refused attempts, is recorded in an access log.
8. Children
Mediqor Health accounts are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly hold information about anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
9. How long we keep information

10. Your rights and choices
- See and correct your information in the app, or ask us for a copy.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing, such as device data, in Profile → Privacy & Consent or in your phone's settings. This does not affect what was done before you withdrew.
- Delete your account and the information you created. See how to delete your account and what is kept.
- Complain to us first at info@mediqor.ae, or to the competent UAE authority.
We respond to requests within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, to protect your information.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Where a change needs your consent, we will ask for it.
